This notice explains how Lāhde Impact Oy processes personal data connected with the website, ticket sales, event participation and business enquiries.
Data controller
Lāhde Impact Oy is the controller for event communications and attendee administration. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to partnerships@lahde.co.
Data we process
Depending on how you interact with us, this may include contact details, company and role information, ticket and order information, accessibility or dietary information you choose to provide, correspondence and limited technical data generated when using the website.
Why we use it
We process data to manage registrations and tickets, deliver the event, answer enquiries, maintain security, meet legal obligations and, with consent where required, send relevant event updates.
Service providers
Ticket Tailor processes ticket orders and ticket delivery. Hosting and other necessary technology providers may process limited data on our instructions. Their own notices apply when you use their services.
Retention and transfers
Data is kept only for as long as needed for the stated purpose, contractual administration or legal obligations. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, appropriate transfer safeguards are required.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to certain processing, withdraw consent and request data portability where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
