Event and ticket terms.
These terms apply to tickets and participation in the Lāhde Impact event on 15 September 2026. The final purchase details shown in Ticket Tailor form part of the agreement.
Tickets and payment
Tickets are sold through Ticket Tailor. The ticket type, final price, payment method and any applicable charges are shown before purchase is confirmed. A ticket is valid only after successful payment and confirmation.
Transfers, cancellations and refunds
Any transfer, cancellation or refund rights are stated during checkout and in the order confirmation. If the organiser cancels the event, ticket holders will receive instructions through the contact details used for the order.
Programme and access
The organiser may make reasonable changes to speakers, timings, rooms or programme content. Access is limited to the areas and services included in the purchased ticket type.
Guest conduct
Guests must follow venue safety instructions and behave respectfully toward other attendees, speakers and staff. The organiser may refuse or remove access where safety, unlawful conduct or serious disruption requires it.
Responsibility
Guests are responsible for their own travel, accommodation and personal property. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.

The organiser is Lāhde Impact Oy. Finnish law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Questions should first be directed to partnerships@lahde.co.
